Cymatics.

“It’s easy to retreat from what we fear. A common fear is that of failure, which hinders our ability to truly experiment. I find when I am able to move through a fear of failure and enter into a state of play is when I can truly experiment. This is true in all aspects in daily life, from micro to macro. Through the micro experimentations of sound and cymatics I see it as a form of alchemy, transforming matter, transforming ourselves. In the constant transformation I see life as an expansive journey of learning, or unlearning.

Cymatics to me then becomes a teacher on the importance of experimentation, balance, harmony, and resonance. “
